1. Description of belt conveyor
Belt conveyor, also known as belt conveyor, is a continuous transport machinery, but also a universal machinery. The belt conveyor is composed of motor, reducer, belt, frame, driving roller, reversing roller, carrying idler, return idler, tensioning device and other parts. Belt conveyors generally have multiple motors to drive a belt, which requires high power balance of multiple motors.
2. Control requirements
(1) Excellent low frequency torque characteristics, can realize normal starting under heavy load;
(2) Excellent master-slave control logic to achieve power balance of multiple motors;
(3) Wide speed regulation range, good soft start performance;
(4) Good overload capacity and environmental adaptability, high operation reliability;
(5) Wide input voltage range, automatic voltage adjustment function.
3. Scheme design and description
Electric drive condition:
● The whole conveyor is driven in parallel by four 1140v asynchronous motors. The motor is connected to the conveyor drive drum through the reducer. The motor is connected to the reducer, and the reducer is connected to the drive drum through a coil spring coupling. The motor adopts coaxial motor, that is, two motors control a roller at the same time;
● Four inverters control four asynchronous motors respectively in the system. One inverter is set as the host, and the other three inverters are set as the slave. Through the master-slave control function of the inverter, all the slaves automatically follow the host synchronously and dynamically, so as to achieve the power balance of the four motors;
● The operation of the variable frequency speed regulation system only requires the operation of the host, which can be directly operated through the host's own keyboard, or remotely controlled through the upper working platform.
4. Scheme Advantages
● Drive the belt conveyor to start slowly through the slow start of the motor, which will not cause damage to the belt, and truly realize the combination of the soft start of the motor and the soft start of the belt conveyor;
● The equipment starts stably, which greatly reduces the amount of maintenance and repair of the equipment;
● Excellent master-slave control function, realizing the power balance of four motors, and extending the service life of motors;
● According to the actual production situation, the motor is adjusted to achieve obvious energy-saving effect;
